1. The Forbidden Chest
As part of the Halloween promotion, a game called “The Forbidden Chest” is available to users on the website.
Participation in the game is free, and no purchase is necessary. Each eligible user can open a virtual chest to reveal a randomly assigned promotional reward.
The game offers one of the following rewards:
- 3 free credits, redeemable with a purchase using the promotional code provided;
- 13% off a purchase using the promotional code provided;
- 31% off a purchase using the promotional code provided;
- 31 free loyalty points, added to the user’s account with no purchase necessary and no promotional code required.
Rewards are assigned automatically by a random allocation algorithm according to the following probabilities:

Each entry results in the award of just one of the four rewards listed above.
Promotional codes may be used only once per user, subject to the terms and validity period specified when the code is issued. They cannot be combined with other current promotional offers.
Loyalty points won in the game are added directly to the user’s account and are subject to the loyalty program terms in effect.
2. Halloween Special 31-Credit Pack
A special promotional package called the “Halloween Special Pack” is available for purchase online from October 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. through November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
This pack includes thirty-one (31) purchased credits plus thirty-one (31) additional free credits, for a total of sixty-two (62) credits.
The price of this pack is thirty-one US dollars (US$31), including all applicable taxes, or its tax-inclusive equivalent in the currency applicable in the country of purchase, as displayed at checkout.
All purchased and free credits included in this pack must be used within one (1) year of the purchase date.
After this period, any unused credits expire and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or carried over, unless otherwise required by law.
If the consumer validly exercises an applicable right to cancel, any refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law, taking into account, where applicable, any services provided at the consumer’s express request before the cancellation period expires.
